Only the Harbes Farm in Riverhead offers apple picking (offers 27 different varieties). See their website for what's in season.
Mattituck Location:
They have a corn maze (practice archery and sword fighting skills along the way).
Have pumpkin picking right off the vine (complimentary wagons to bring Pumpkins to the car).
They sell wine from their vineyards (only available in their tasting room).
They have jumbo jumpers.
They have a barnyard.
Kill a few birds with one stone: Go to the Tanger Outlet in Riverhead for some shopping, even though the prices aren't so discounted.
From the feedback I gathered from the my followers on Long Island, this was the overwhelming favorite of all farms.

"They have a whole 'barnyard experience' with pig races, small goats, chickens, a large sandbox, things to climb and play on, a trike track, jumping pillows, sing-along hay ride, plus a farm stand."
